Returned items - must be packaged in their original packaging, be in original condition and unused. When returning goods we recommend using a 'signed for' carrier: if an item being returned to us is lost in transit it is the buyer's responsibility. tablecloth co usually refund immediately but certainly within 30 days. However, as pieces are cut to order, it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct size. If the buyer orders the incorrect size it is at the discretion of tablecloth co to accept the return.
